I'm at my wit's end. Its time to go back to basics. No more carbs after breakfast. Vege and meat for lunch. Fruits for dinner. If dinner's a must then FBs have to come into play! I don't know why i'm so lazy to move. I think I need Stairmaster in my room or something. PIG.
